Vietnamese Fried Rice

This dish includes Thai flavours made with squid, pineapple a kick of red chillies, seasoned with fish sauce and scented with fragrant kaffir lime leaves.

To Serve

  • Rice
    3 cups
  • Pineapples, chopped
    1 cup
  • Squids, medium sized
    4 pieces
  • Red chillies

  • Kaffir lime leaves

  • Spring onions

  • Garlic, chopped

  • Fish sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Oil
    4 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Wok

Method

Heat oil and fry garlic and squid.

Add rice and fish sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir everything in over high heat.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Give a couple of stirs and dish out.
