  • Long grain rice
    250 g
  • Egg

  • Broccoli
    50 g
  • Carrots
    50 g
  • Peas
    25 g
  • Spring onions
    25 g
  • Olive oil
    10 g
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce
    2 tsp
  • Light soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Dark soy sauce
    1/3 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    2 g
  • Black pepper
    Sprinkle
  • A saucepan
  • Frying pan

Method

Boil rice until fully cooked.

Chop broccoli, carrots, spring onions into small sections.

Boil broccoli, carrots, green beans in boiling water for 1 minute.

Break egg & whisk for ½ minute.

Heat a frying pan, put in olive oil, fry egg and rice. Add vegetables.

Add oyster sauce, both soy sauces and and sugar. Stir evenly then add spring onion and sesame oil.

Sprinkle black pepper on dish and serve.
