Pudding Sausage and Apple Carolino Rice

  • Peeled apples, cut into cubes

Method

Bake the black pudding sausage in boiling water. Remove skin and undo the inside with a fork.

Pour a cup of olive oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté over low heat. When the onion is translucent, add the diced apple and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the sausage and rice undone, wrap well and add three times as much water as the rice.

Season with salt and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Serve immediately.
